Meet Our Growers
We believe working with an organic produce distributor allows farmers to focus their efforts on the farm while providing broader access to the marketplace. We share consumer trends with our growers to help guide crop planning and assist new farmers with pack type and labeling requirements. We strive to maximize the return made to our farmers. By maintaining the farm label throughout our business transactions, we ensure customers always know what farm they are supporting.
We aim to produce the highest quality food and foster long-term mutually beneficial relationships. We create a vibrant and complex farm ecosystem that protects and stewards all farm resources. We strive for economic stability built upon the economic well-being of our workers and the vitality of our communit. We embrace creativity, spontaneity and humor. Our work environment encourages individual responsibility and empowers everyone.
