Sea Level Farm is a 40-acre organic farm in Corralitos, CA, just inland from the cool breezes of Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay. Co-owned by JP McDaniel and Jane Freedman, the farm has been certified organic since day one—over 30 years ago.

JP founded Sea Level with a vision to grow exceptional produce while caring for the land. Today, Jane and JP continue to believe that healthy soil is the foundation of healthy crops, working with the natural rhythms of the coastal climate to produce high-quality harvests.

The farm is best known for its dry farmed Early Girl tomatoes, which have earned a devoted following among chefs, retailers, and farmers market customers for their exceptional flavor. Beyond tomatoes, Sea Level’s commitment to thoughtful farming practices and land stewardship remains at the heart of everything they grow.

As JP puts it, “If you show up for the land and are a good steward, the land will be there for you.” It’s a philosophy that has guided Sea Level Farm for more than three decades.
