How can I get a product list and pricing information?  

Please submit the new customer inquiry form and our Business Development Manager will get in touch and send a sample list with pricing information.  

 

When can I start placing orders? 

You can start ordering after your onboarding process is complete. This includes filling out our new customer inquiry form, an application for delivery service, and working with our Business Development Manager to confirm delivery details. 

 

Is the produce you offer 100% organic? 

With the exception of one or two items, our produce and grocery items are all certified organic. These exception items are noted accordingly on our availability lists with NOT ORGANIC written clearly in the description.  

 

Can I order online? 

Yes, all customers can order using our online ordering system. After your onboarding process is completeyou will be assigned a web login which provides access to our Customer Resources Toolbox and online ordering portal  

 

Do you deliver in my area? If so, what days of the week are you here and what time(s)? 

Our trucks are on the road 24/7 and our service region spans throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Colorado. We even ship to Hawaii! To find out eligibility for your specific area, submit a new customer inquiry. 

 

What is the minimum I need to meet to get a delivery?  

Delivery minimums vary by location. Businesses must also meet these requirements to qualify for delivery. 

  • Be a business with a tax ID or sole proprietorship with social security number. 
  • Have a commercial address with access for ground floor delivery. 

Do you take credit cards? How can I pay? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards at this time. Invoices can be paid by check, ACH or cash. 

 

We are a family/I am an individual, can we place orders with you? 

As a community focused business in the Bay Area, we offer will call pick-up for non-business individuals on specific days of the week. However, we do not offer walk up service so please fill out our new customer inquiry form to start the process. 

 

Do you carry non-produce items?  

We have a robust organic dairy program which includes milk, yogurt, butter, cream, and cheese from local producers. In addition, we carry non-dairy alternatives including: soy milk from Hodo Soy and almond and nut milks from Three Trees. We also offer a handful of organic grocery items including fresh eggs, maple syrup, quinoa, rice, dried beans, small batch tofu, tortillas and tortillas chips, fresh juices, fresh flowers and fresh-cut vegetables.  

 

Do you carry specialty produce items? 

Yes, we carry over 750+ fresh fruits and vegetables daily, including hard unique and specialty items. 

 

How do your prices compare to other distributors? 

Our prices reflect our commitment to our values and building a sustainable food system. We strive to provide the highest return possible to our farmers while staying competitive in the market.
