Masumoto Family Farm is a multi-generational farm spanning 80-acres just south of Fresno, California. Owned by David ‘Mas’ Masumoto and Marcy Masumoto, the farm has been organic since the 1980s and certified organic in 1987 by CCOF. It’s truly a family affair at this farm. Mas runs the day–to–day operations with his daughter Nikiko and some help from his son, Korio.  The farm grows five types of peaches, four types of nectarines and Thompson seedless grapes for raisins each year. They favor yellow flesh fruit with higher acidity.

In addition to farming, Mas Masumoto is the author of eleven books, some written with Marcy and Nikiko. A feature documentary, “Changing Season on the Masumoto Family Farm,” about the theme of succession on a family farm, was featured at film festivals and on national broadcast.

The farm offers two community programs: “Stone Fruit Drive Thru” where visitors can pick up “organic, ugly and fabulous” fruit and “Adopt-a-Tree”. Adopt-a-Tree offers community members the chance to harvest fruit from their very own designated stone fruit tree during the season.

Masumoto Family Farm fruit is highly coveted and a seasonal treat we look forward to all year!
