As an organic produce distributor, we play an essential role in providing the fresh food that our communities need, especially right now. As the COVID-19 situation unfolds, we are adapting our business as quickly as possible to best serve you while keeping everyone on our staff safe.

Over the past week, we’ve seen a significant increase in demand for fresh produce and grocery items. We are aware our retail customers are seeing unprecedented traffic in their stores as consumers respond to the health crisis. We are doing everything we can to work with our growers and producers to maintain product availability.

In order to conserve staff resources during this impacted time, we are making the following temporary changes to our partials program, effective starting Thursday, March 19th.

• All partial or split case orders must be placed by 4PM.
• Partial add-ons after the 4PM cut-off time will not be accepted.
• The partials availability list will be limited to items that require less resources to split.
• Bagged roots, all bell peppers, cabbage, celery, chili peppers, coconut, eggplant, green beans and all pea varieties will NOT be available as partials.

If you need guidance on how to revise your orders from partial to full case, please follow up with your Account Manager.
